Now I dont understand what "if you can pay 220 USD with us" is supposed to be,
are you asking me to pay twice?

are you offering 10 USD refund on an order of 240 USD (with aditional 75 USD fines I payed because you don't declare correctly at customs?)
I don't want store credit from you. I will never buy anything from you again.
I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I have opened a dispute with paypal. after your site declined it I have escaleted it to a calim.

for all of you who think to order from this site, I will seriously consider it twice. I made several orders for gearbest of peripherials and small items and had no issues. the phone was the first one I have ordered from them. unfortunetly, once things get bad they just tell you to go **** yourself.

Gearbest and the whole of china are currently on there new years break & will be returning back to work after the weekend but there will be a lot of catching up for them to do so bear this in mind.Anything brought from the EU or other location's not in china should be operating as normal..

Since my order is stating "Order has been shipped record" on feb 5th 2016, I wonder why it is impossible for me to track it with the provided tracking number. I know about the chinese new year but my package is supose to be shipped via Postnord swedish post service so I'm guessing it should'nt be related ? First time ordering from china so excuse me if my inquiry is only related to the chinese new year.

I have asked the custom center and they told me that you have discussed about that and you have opened a Paypal case for that.
So we should wait for the result from them.
