                    I hope, You can help me. I ordered a Cube i9 tablet and this was DOA. I contacted support, got RMA authorisation and sended it back.
                    The parcel is since 4 days delivered, but support wrote me today, that they don't have received it and I have to wait the next 7 days.
                    Ticket number is T16111905428.
                    Can You look at this case please?

                        Gearbest have gone downhill so badly recently. Last two orders I have given up on, both Priority mail but no sign of them. After 3 weeks. W1611071025059556 didn't even leave the warehouse.W1611231008064490 seems to be lost 2weeks after I ordered it as no tracking available anywhere.

                        Will stick to Banggood going forward. Ordered the same day from them and their order arrived a week ago..

                          Sorry for my delayed reply. I asked for a leave yesterday.

                          Regarding the order W1611071025059556, I think it was backstock when you placed the order and then when in stock, they system didn't ship your order.....I am sorry for the troubles...now there are 1200 units in stock.

                          As for the order, W1611231008064490, we already asked the carriers to track your order. The tracking status is updated...It already arrived in UK, show as below.

                            I buyed together all accessoirens, for it too, keyboard, case etc...
                            And now the support wrote me I should get only money or other item, but I don't want money, I want a working Cube i9...
                            What can I do?

                              I am so sorry for what you encountered. I know you have been buying things from Gearbest for more than one year. Thanks for your trust!

                              We also would like to send you a new one but at this moment we can't... because the Cube I9 tablet is not in stock...and we would like to procure more but the manufacturer couldn't supply immediately...

                              I am sorry for the accessories you bought...If you cant use the tablet, then they become useless. I think you can talk to customer service and ask if they can also refund you the accessories money. If not, I think Paypal dispute could work.

                              Again sorry for the trouble.

                                I ordered the Alfawise H96 Pro+ during your Flash sale with Free 5- 7 day Expedite to my country...and several days after the sale was over I get an E-mail..saying out of stock...shipping on the 15/Nov.
