Questions about the Offers, status, package to GearBest! and Support
Could you please explain, why you send a shippment to the Philippines with Sweden Post. It looks very strange.

We use the Sweden Post for transmitting ,because their credibility is relatively high, the probability of loss is relatively low.
It doesn't mean we use the Sweden Post ,they should send it to Sweden first.
Because it is the best way for us to send you products who in Philippines.

I placed an order on Friday September 25 (order # W1509241938579886 ).
It's been a week and it's still processing. I sent 3 tickets on the gearbest website and 1 message on BudgetLightForum, but no answer from you guys yet.
Could you update me on this order? I also payed Expedited Shipping.
I think MY PACKAGE GOT LOST... Based on their support,
"When I track your parcel online, I find that there is no updated delivery information for about two weeks.We would start a claim for the package with the carrier and the carrier would trace your package from their end. We would take further action for you when we have the result. As the claim would go on, would you mind giving the package two more weeks for the arrival?"
Is this really how GEARBEST deliver purchased products?

I assume, you have choosen sweden post for your shipment and there is noted 'unable to track'
I would never order something that could need up to 50 days to my personal stock, because I'm not patient enough and in case you have payed with paypal you have to know after 6 weeks, if all is fine with your shipment.
I suggest you wait maximum 50 days and hope the best that it comes earlier.

So waiting for max of 50 days is called reputation and you don't even have any chance to where exactly is your package? So what's the purpose of tracking your package? So I need to wait for 50 days to check if my item got lost somewhere? Maybe it was dropped in the sea?
So how come your support would tell me the following?
"It usually will take 10-25 working days to delivery.Hoping you could understanding.Thank you very much."
and this is stated in your SHIPPING METHOD!
What if my package got lost? Should you refund it in a day or refund just part of it?
THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WOULD DEAL WITH YOU!
