      It is a not registered parcel. Not traceable. You need to contract Gearbest customer service and they will sort things out with you. It is best to pay the $1.99 and get a traceble package.

        Sorry to bring you the inconvenience.
        The traffic number is RC452090926NL By Netherlands Post Registered
        There will be no information about the package cause it is the surface mail. But they will update the information when your package arrives.

            First of all, tnx for your reaction.

            And today (or yesterday for u) i get finally a message:
            - The item is pre-advised
            - The item is ready for shipment

            So this means that the item is going to get shipped? (from china) or is it in the netherlands?
            Because u shipped my item on 16 -10 -2015. (11 days ago)

            So can u tell me that the item is in the netherlands?

                I tried to find the information and it is said "Delivery estimate: 10-25 . Exact time depends on courier."
                So I'm not very sure where it has been now , it seems the package has been to the netherlands .
                Maybe we need new updates.

                        Gearbest, thank you so much if you had anything to do with my order. Got it today.

                        I ordered on the 16th with no response to my questions about lack of shipping #. Came here and Gearbest(whoever this is) helped get a response on my order and 2 days after I got a tracking number. I paid i think $2 extra for tracking to the USA but within 5 days after that I got my order. By far the fastest shipping I have ever had dealing with other sites sending from China. So thanks allot whoever you are.

                        You have alot of angry customers it seems and after reading all this I too was discouraged from ordering again. Still am a little since I had to actively hunt down someone to get an answer to my questions. If you want a better reputation for this company I would suggest you work on your customer service department. Most of this can be avoided with actual info and none of this please keep waiting another 1-5 days crap. Keep the consumer informed as much as possible and most people would be happy to wait for their shipment knowing they are getting a steal.
