    11 days now and my order is still procesing and all they said is they re sorry because item is not is stock and i have to wait 2 more weeks to find out that i have to wait another 2 more weeks this is crap worst exprience ever i spent 255 pounds and all i received is ignorance. shame on you gear best you can fool once wont happen again

      If you desire help..you should at least post your order number..
      I you seek pitty..you need to give more info..what did you order (like Pre-order item's can take a long time)

        Hello crapat, I used to work construction, very hard-earned money to be sure. I did enjoy it though. I liked watching a pile of sticks turn in to a structure.
        Many understand your frustration.
        I know you are angry/disappointed, but keep in mind, "you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar". I wish you well and I hope you are able to get this resolved to your satisfaction.

            I just have a few days off because of a little sick .
            The products sold very well so it takes a little time to bring new ones to our warehouse.
            Really sorry about that . But I have told them to get your order urgent and it will be sent out in two days.
            Hope it will help you.
            By the way ,you could open a ticket to the service center when you didn't get help from here.

                  i placed an order W1510310412105142.
                  2 november you sent a mail with the nice message...your order is shipped out.
                  and we received a tracking number of DHL, you can find it in your files.

                  The only thing happened was this:

                  1 Shipment information received SINGAPORE - SINGAPORE 14:36

                  This means not that the order is shipped out, so please be honest and fair.
