Just want to pointout poor services I am receiving for my order no. W1710271824121819.
I had it ordered on 27th Ocgtober and the item is still processing. I created the ticket today (ticket no: WT17110107484) reply is very disappointing. They said item will be dispatched on 30th November, after a month.
If I go to the product page I can still order it. So you are taking order for the product not in stock? Once you have received the money buyer will be waiting for such a long time. Such a poor practice.
Can you do anything to speed-up my order? I obviously don't want to cancel and refund.
