Questions about the Offers, status, package to GearBest! and Support

    Order WP1711020516421692 is a consolidated order, shipped via DHL.
    It was a real struggle if not impossible to get all three items priced properly at checkout.
    This is finally done, it is not paid for yet, I will not commit any more funds at this point.

    My request would be to honor the items and pricing in the above invoice, quickly cancel the other three invoices, refund if necessary, then apply the necessary funds to this order..
    if we do it the slow 48-hour refund process, I will almost certainly face the same pricing issues again, or lose the promotions all together.

    Anny, the effort put forth to obtain a clean and expedited order of these three pieces is Beyond frustrating.

      Yes I can wait as long as it is 5-10 days only. Reply in the ticket shows estimated dispatch on 30th November. So which one should I believe?

        Sir/madam, I just received my Mecool M8S Pro L, which from your website supports, Netflix in HD, but it doesn't. Netflix keeps getting an error, using your pre-loaded DRM info app, it shows Widevine Lever 1, which is great, but HDCP is unsupported. They must have forgotten to include the HDCP keys at the factory. I already have a Mecool M8S Pro without the Widevine Level 1 or HDCP, I NEED/WANT this box to play Netfix in HD as per your website.

        I just received it a few hours ago, and found out that it will not run Netflix at all.........
        From the USPS website on delivery time "
        November 2, 2017, 1:28 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox"
        Request you send me a replacement and verify that it will INDEED pay Netflix in HD.

                              Hello, Here is a link to my video showing the HDCP is unsupported out of the box. IF I had caused the problem, I would assume responsibility for it and not request a new box that works. I already have the Mecool M8S Pro Plus with Netflix in HD, and a Mecool M8S Pro. Just wanted this box for a spare bedroom that granddaughter uses when she comes over.
