Questions about the Offers, status, package to GearBest! and Support

    Hi ,
    i have a very hard time with GearBest !
    the Shipping company ( DHL ) failed to deliver my package ( 3D printer ) to me because they couldn't get the needed custom clearance . they contacted me and i told them to return the package back
    to GearBest .

    DHL shipped the package back to Gearbest ( tracking No 9788045385 ) and Gearbest had already received the package .

    Now , they must refund me at least the basic price of the 3d printer but they told me they can't !!!!!!
    What is this ?
    you (GearBest) got your shipment back , i need my money !!

      Chinese Festival Holidays Finish this week.
      They should be able to resolve some stage next week, suggest you supply your original Purchase order Number as well...

                      I just ordered a phone (Vernee Thor Plus) on GearBest also, and it lists the exact same info on my shipping invoice. I live in Canada BTW.

                      Did you get your phone, and is all good?

                      Also, I notice that GearBest staff have posted on this site on the same day I'm posting this, yet they ignore legit questions from paying customers!

                          I contacted them about getting a extra remote for the Mecool Pro L voice. They have never responded with an answer. Once they didn't understand what I was asking for! The bad service I have had from them on something as simple as an extra voice remote,will stop me from purchasing anything from them again!
