          Hi ,

          to expensive and they only use the 1.7 Ghz Version , because the higher Ghz Chips not available anymore , for the orginal 169 ,- Price you can nearly buy the new Shield , a shame to them , making it so expensive , 100 - 110 ,- Price is more then enough , really disapointed .

            I know they're not using Samsung Ram for the four GB. The emmc is generically pictured, but support says it is still Samsung. I have a question to ugoos suppor about the chip speed, others contend it's in the firmware/ software.
            ** Chinese box prices across the board are high-handed... considering the rough firmware and no widevine L1, which makes them problematic across the entire user spectrum.

              you are right , about Chipspeed , i have read somewhere about that , they Factory only produce the 1.7Ghz
              Version of the Chip the higher one they build nomore , but not 100% sure ,

                support response to the ram was detailed and complete, I hope to hear the same effort on my newest question.
                seems like the chip status would be owned by amlogic. Though any development team should be able to tweak it up, or tweak it down ...a little. I'll let you know what I find out.
