          5 day and after several emails, there is still no change and I do not know what to do with the device. I was able to use it for 2 hours and have been in the box since then. The response time for emails is very slow and online chat is never available.

            but they must help you process the problem.

                Hi, I have an order 4411421 made on Jan 27, and yesterday I asked GKB for cancelling and refunding if it takes so long to ship (it passed 7 days and no shipping yet?). The products ordered were in HK stock at the moment of my order. Can I receive an answer to my request please?

                    Dear Geekbuying,

                    I have a problem with order Number: 4375946, I was in touch with after sales support on the 15th January (almost a month ago) shortly after receiving the Mecool K3 Pro TV box, I sent them a link to photos showing the problem with the HD TV picture, they asked me for videos, so I sent a new link with videos as well. I have explained that the links have an expiry date.
                    I feel that you are not dealing with my complaint effectively, for instance you have told me to find out how much it would cost to return a brand new item back to China for repair. Is the option to pay for (which I did) returning it to a European Warehouse a con? I also would not expect a repair to an item that has been faulty since new.
                    I am only having problems with Freeview HD TV (DVB-T2), SD TV (DVB-T) is fine but I haven't tried the satellite connection yet, I may have a faulty unit or it may be a software issue I don't know, which is why I contacted you.

                      1.5 weeks ago I have emailed to your support ([email protected]) about order number: # 4413313.
                      Up untill I have not received any reponse.
                      The problem is that you delivered a different laptop than ordered, I would like to switch it to the one I have ordered.
                      Please reply with an good solution. If you just want to transfer the message to the above email adress : please give me an indication of the actual response time.
