      Hello!

      I have a problem with my recently bought KII pro TV box (order no. #4437576). I sent a message to [email protected], but i did not get any answer. I can not change demodulation in the included DTV app while using DVB-C (i can change the area settings only for Brazil, and China) If i can not change it, the box become useless for me, beacause i can receive only a few channels (my SP mostly uses 256QAM modulation instead the fixed 64QAM in the DTV app). Other apps can not work with the built in tuner.
      If there's a way to change these settings, please let me know.

        i got my account details today, so thank you, but logged on and very few of Danish /Nordic channels works i could get better results on free servers so it is a waste of cash if this is normal ,....... update..... the most channels are working now bot tv3 is tv3 puls and tv2 news is tv2 free, so no tv3 and tv2 news

                I sent 4 further emails after that with NO REPLY to any of them.
                I escalated to Paypal on the 8th March 2018
                Today i finally received a reply with a standard crap template letter See ( postimg link below) asking me to return items so as they can be replaced or refunded.
                My cost to return and no scratches or whatever they will deduct restocking whatever.
                I just want the firmware. No damage to hardware. Ridiculous response.

                My response today QUOTED below.
                Why are you making me return an item that is not broken or faulty ?
                There is no hardware damage.
                You have sold me an item that does not have correct firmware to do what you advertise on your website.
                You want me to pay to return goods because you supplied old firmware.
                You can supply me the updated firmware that will allow the usb sticks to work as advertised on your website.
                You ignored my emails since the first one on February 24th 2018 attached.
                You now respond because i escalated to paypal.
                I am not responsible for return freight because there is no hardware failure.
                The Android sticks were shipped with old firmware.
                Supply the firmware please and i will flash the update.
                I am not paying return postage. You sent the items with old firmware. You are at fault 100%

                    This is just a farcical method to get rid of a customers issues.
