                1 That there is an issue with my confirmed Paypal payment made on the 3/2/2016. (Suspect they cannot find the transaction in their processing system.)

                2 That the factory has not returned from holiday yet.

                I ordered when you claimed sufficient stock of the items available. So why the delay waiting for the Factory once again.

                This is not the first time an order of mine with you has suffered these type of delays.

                Please expedite it is now more than 7 Working days excluding the New Year Holiday for my order to be process and shipped which is unacceptable.

                    Sorry but this is very poor I have been patient. you had 2-3 days before the holiday and a further 5 since. Next week is way beyond your promised shipping of 3-7 working days and all this is after paying for DHL shipping. It seems that I will now have to wait for a further 2 weeks before I receive the goods.

                    Once again this is a further example of poor customer service despite you claiming that the improvements have been made because of all the customer complaints last year.

                    This is the last order I will place with Geekbuying and I only placed to get a discount you offered because of a faulty device I bought last year which you would not repair because is was a few days over the guarantee period.

                              Can you please update the real current status on my order #3585962

                              This was allegedly shipped 1 week ago but has somehow been delayed due to none recognition of my Post code by DHL. I have had numerous deliveries from Geekbuying via DHL previously without such issues.

                              I suspect that this is a tactic to cover up none availability of product. They have prepared the paperwork and allocated the tracking number without the DHL pick up.

                              I have experienced this tactic before with other unreliable Chinese sellers known to this Forum.

                              Please expedite my order and post your findings here please for other Forum members to see.

                                I had one of these once....in AU I recall I just contacted DHL and it was sorted may help
