    I have experienced this tactic before with other unreliable Chinese sellers known to this Forum.

    Please expedite my order and post your findings here please for other Forum members to see.

      Sorry the address is 100% correct. Your shipping agents could not process with DHL because of my post code. Dhl do not have a home delivery service in Cyprus so DHL uses their agents office Post Codes and they call me and I pick up. I have had numerous deliveries from Geekbuying via DHL in the past without this problem. If you checked your records properly you will find that the DHL agents post code for Paphos is in my account details from 2 years ago following my first order with you.

      The package is still not registered on the DHL system despite you claiming immediately shipment today. This is because your shipping agent has still to deliver it to DHL in either Hong Kong or Beijing which can take a further 2 days from Shenzen.

      It is about time you became more honest with your customer service and communications.

          The goods have finally arrived at DHL Hong Kong. Now I will get them now before the weekend at last.

          Geekbuying processing and their third party shippers take more than 14 working days to get the goods to DHL. If you add the holiday it will be more than 1 month from order and payment to get to HK. DHL will definately be only 3-5 days.

          Geekbuying like other suppliers known to this forum need to up their game if they are to beat many sellers now on Aliexpress and ****.

            The order number is 3588190

            Today is March 2nd. On February 6, 2016, almost an entire month ago, I placed an order for the Chuwi Hi10 tablet with a keyboard. (two separate items) ... The order still says that it's processing. My question is, why is it taking so long for it to be processed before being shipped out. I also paid for the DHL delivery of $18.00 USD to receive it within 5 to 7 business days after processing. I do not want to have to cancel this order, but I do need to know how much longer the processing will take and why it's taking so long.





            BTW, I have e-mailed the company twice now over a week ago and have not received an answer. GeekBuying took my money and doesn't have the decency to tell me what is going on with my order. No American company would do business like that. That's Very poor customer service.

            Can you help me Mr. Geekbuying Rep? Thanks.

              The latest news from our warehouse.How luckily tomorrow we will have new batch chuwi hi10 to our warehouse,then we need to check the quality of chuwi hi10.So this week can send out to you.So don't worry.

                  ok,If you don't trust me that I also have no ideal.I'm just handle your problem.

                  When we send out to some parcel before , all item need to quality inspection.It's not a stupid excuse.

                      Thank you for your reply. Thats much more than the company did.. But tell me - Why did not the company reply to my two email already? Also, tell me.. why is his taking so long? - You said the company would contact me this week. What do I do if I do not get any emails from the company? How is it, you can get information from the company, but the company can't return my emails?

                                Sorry, I started a thread which can be deleted before I saw this thread's topic.

                                Hello, I purchased a Pipo X9 and the unit will not turn on.

                                Order 3579924 I can send a video if you like, but plugging in the unit and touching the power button produces nothing. I just picked it up from the post office February 29th.

                                Please advise, I have email [email protected] as well.
