Sorry, I started a thread which can be deleted before I saw this thread's topic.

Hello, I purchased a Pipo X9 and the unit will not turn on.

Order 3579924 I can send a video if you like, but plugging in the unit and touching the power button produces nothing. I just picked it up from the post office February 29^th.

Please advise, I have email [email protected] as well.

Looks like the box is dead. Power supply output works, but the Pipo X9 will just not turn on. It's either faulty switch assembly or motherboard issue (regulator or something) First time I've ever had a problem with devices from Geekbuying and I've bought a lot! We'll see what my options are for a replacement.
