Wolfheart send them back as defective product. I think ranting isnt going to change the firmware issue. He has got a response from manufacture that they are looking into it. You still have the avenue of returning them.

Which raises a very important point.

If a device is seen as crap long before it's release, then a spotlight has to be shined on any vendor willing to advertise a product and furthermore, promote it on somebody else's site.

There is a repetitive fundamental problem with so many of these Android devices, where the experience falls far short of the advertised claims and it has now being going on for years, with little in the way of institutional change.
