Shireen 5 days have passed and NO ONE from geekbuying has responded to my emails. This has to get resolved. Provide me solutions today. Pay pal disbute opened today. Seeing as it a winner of contest i think this best way to get a response as going private didnt work. Free shipping on my orders to same location have all arrived and the only paid shipping has not been delivered yet. This is unacceptable..I look forward to your response here as everyone is seeing how poor delivery is on Paid shipping this and poor responses so far.

Sorry and i apologize for my delay. Right now you opened a paypal case and i need check with my workmate who is in charge of the paypal dispute to see partial refund of 20 USD is possible or not or we have to wait for paypal's final results.
nice to hear what you have done the last two days, but nothing of interest to solve this case.
Your 20 days estimated shipment time are over and the only thing you notice is about the long time paypal needs for disputs.
Maybe you leave your next important meeting out and solve your service problems right now,
Easy question for you: Where is the shipment of Scooter and when does it arrive. 20 days no progress in tracking is a sensless information and we could assume anything, but not that it is on the way
Do your job or we have to take some action. A support channel without support is of no use for your customers and our members.
24 hours later we will get response from EMS official for your package result. A support channel here is not the unique way to chat , we have emails, live chat , we have what's app, office calls etc. Thanks ! And we are everywhere working hard for serving customers. We don't want to make any excuse about any of the delay but this is the truth that packages delayed a lot during the G20 summit:
I ordered two Ulefone Metal phones on the 6th (order #3761805). A day later I realized these phones would not work with my provider (4G supported but not 2G/3G and these would be on a text-only plan, 4G only used for data). Sent e-mail to change or cancel my order (as it was still "Processing"). No confirmation or any indication it was received, so sent another e-mail the following day, with a link for a different phone that would work (more expensive so would need to bill me for the difference). Sent another email this morning. Listing said overseas items shipped in 1-2 days and I paid for expedited shipping with DHL. I guess since I had to change my order I am lucky it's taking longer? Still would be nice to get a confirmation email other wise I have no idea what's going on. Also the live chat -- tried it a couple times and gave up waiting both times. Last time I tried it just opens up another contact page and no pop-up chat window.
The device had left China so your statement regarding the sumit Pure fabrication. (You just have to look at the shipping details to see why that makes no difference in shipping and I have email to ems to confirm that is correct. )
The message that you just sent me that ems slowest shipping method and no one chooses it because of that again is a fabrication.
This is not the Freaktab way of doing things we expect the truth even if it not the What we want to hear or it doesnt make us happy with your response we do expect THAT at a mininum. Please find the product and get it Geekbuying Contest Winner ASAP.
