Customer Service: Order Shipping, After-Sale Problem, Post Here!

    I asked our Logistics Department ,they are waiting for result of China post office.This process is slow.

    If you still didn't receive your parcel after 3 months,we will refund to you

      Hi geekbuying! I was wondering how long does the staff takes to test a mobile phone? Cos I was hoping that they can send it out today so i can receive as early as possible
      i understand that the phone I've ordered arrived yesterday
      Please try to send it out asap!!

        Yes,maybe today .They are flashing the tool for this phone.If it can finish today,maybe it can shipped out.

          I don't understand, why you don't work together with your Logistic guys. Your customer is waiting 3 month for a shipment that will never reach him.

          So it is about time to refund and give him the information, when this will happen concret.

            Hi Geekbuying,

            I purchased 2 xiaomi devices on your site.
            I waited 2 months for it to arrive, but when it arrived, it was only 1 device in the package!!!
            Since then nobody's answering in your customer service.
            Is this a fraud or what?! In this kind of problems, someone needs to answer right away and take care of it, including a compensation for all that i've been through with you guys.

                              when i said they lies, noone belived me, now this site is not trustly, why to wait 3 month for my money ? i paid insurace, refund me and wait for investigation vith your postal agent. you belive i'm a credit bank ?

                                Hello Geekbuying,

                                when you are only responsible for marketing, why do you answer then in a support thread in the Geekbuying section on FreakTab.com.

                                I see this support thread as an extension to your regular services on Geekbuying.com. Pointing just back to your standard service is no win-win situation.
                                We risk only to get conflicts here.

                                People come in my opinion for two reasons in this thread:

                                1. They have a problem with your standard service and want a second look on there problem and hope for concrete and straight help.
                                2. They hope to get on FreakTab.com a faster answer from Geekbuying to any question.

                                What do you think, what you try to accomplish besides advertising here on FreakTab.com?
