Customer Service: Order Shipping, After-Sale Problem, Post Here!
If the product is not here within 45 days after payment, im starting a claim with paypal.... not risking it to loose my money because of the holiday, not because of you but just the fact i have 45 days to make a claim if nothing was received.
Normally i have ordered before, but service is going down with GB, while others get better maybe time for me to look for an alternative seller if GB dont get their facts straight.
in my opinion, you cannot just shutdown an international bussines without informing your buyers being closed for the holidays, if you do that here in holland asa webshop owner, u can close your bussines because people wont return to buy from you.

I've ordered a phone on 2015-02-26 from ES warehouse, it has order number #3281113. It is still in processing status. On your page, you wrote, that orders from ES warehouse will be shipped within 24 hours. I hope, I receive my order soon.

Sorry to make you feel inconvenience. The product stock is limited and we dispatching according the order time. All the items on geekbuying's site labled " in stock "means customers can place the order freely and we have them in stock in our warehouse, and some certains items we just need to get them from the factory, but the factory may delay the producing time or even they stoped to produce the old models suddenly. I will try to push the relevant staff to follow up it. Any other questions, feel free to let me know.

Normal i get a response from Geekbuying that the money was recieved. But this time not. So i ask the chat what happen. Her say u not got the money!!!???
But i have reciepts from WU, and My Credit Card balance that the money was taken by this person!
I can send you the reciepts that u can see it. So I kindly ask to clearyfi this issue.
What should I do to get an asnwer? It's 3 weeks that I'm waiting for an item to be shipped related to an order to be delivered within 5 days. Only because I've made a mistake in the postal code and I have no chance to amend. CRAZY!!!!
