        Hi emma i placed a order on the 24th february,and my order is still being processed,i wasn't expecting to wait this long for my item to be despatched,i even paid extra for DHL shipping method so i wouldn't have to wait to long.

              Hello Emma,

              Thank you for getting back to me about my 2 orders, they've been shipped and I now have the tracking. They'll most likely be here next weeks.

              I had another issue though. Amy has been dealing with me about a TV01 box that was DOA, the box is currently at your California warehouse. Amy confirmed that it was there, and asked if I wanted a refund or replacement, I told her a replacement and haven't got any sort of reply. How long should I have to wait for a reply? I need this matter solved quickly. It's been in your warehouse since the early lunar new year break and am still waiting for this matter to be resolved. It shouldn't take a month to have something replaced.

              Please let me know.

                  This story its not good , you don t now exact time when arrive , and the third you sell again in your site and you don t have. For now I think refund after 1 month talk again.
