        Tinier send me an mail because of EORI-number

        In germany as an privat person you dont need an EORI-number.
        I send the mail to Tinier two days ago.
        Can you please send my tablet ASAP with DHL to me???
        I have paid for and I best need it two days before.
        Can you change it to 64gb version? I would pay the difference. Dont see it before in 64gb version. xD

            I have been trying to contact you via email but there was no reply. I would like to check whether you can check my order #3292806 which is still in processing after 3 days. The payment already confirmed.

                  Why the hell does it take me posting in this thread to get someone/anyone from geekbuying to reply to my case? I replied moments after Amy sent her reply. I haven't heard back since. It shouldn't take days to setup a return.

But our customer staff are too busy with their work, thousands of email need to reply everyday, normally they will reply the email in 48 hours, hope you can understand it.                             I am a very disapointed customer now,

                            today i received my order 3278630

                            guess what, it has the wrong type of power supply, you send me one for USA plugs, im in EUROPE


                            So i got it, still cannot use it because its send with wrong powerplug.

                            i ordered this for someone, that person is nagging my ass off because of this device being delayed, and now i cannot even deliver it


                            Send me a DUTCH / Europe powerplug plz not a US one

                              The answer I got is to wait until next month, I should get it soon.
                              just for a reminder I order the 31/01/2015 and we are the 20/03/2015
                              and told me to wait until next month
                              what is your business policy, delivered before 3 months ??? LOL
                              especially since I pay for insurance in addition to avoid the the transport problem
