Got the new firmware in installed now having hassle with play store and google, cant install it? play store only allows me to put my emaill in and password then boots me out, my m8splus works no problem so must be the box yes?

Which method you used ? sd card or connection cable ?

I contracted the seller and i was able to update the box straight from the box my kiii is vontar, i have no reset button on my box which you usually find in the AV hole? Its a shame cause its a ok box part from this issues, i have updated my boxes before with a sd card but i always had a reset button in the AV hole or in back/set on the box it self. where can i fine the firmware on here thanks for your time and hassle to reply mate.

EDIT: installed the firmware from this page from SD card which worked fine, but look at this still happening something blocking it? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8rFjfkdOjqM weird so it boots me out on both factory firmware and this? Tried the play store app on my M8S+ in my bedroom works fine so not my net are my account so what can to stopping this opening cheers?

I'm getting the same issue. I can't add any Google account using Settings or Google Play. And can't sign in to Youtube.

Problem solved!!! Download Youtube, last version, from apkmirror.com, install and the issue gone.

Hi mate I had the same issue, took me a while to figure it out and the problem was the google play services, they were out of date, so i got the latest google play services and installed it and then installed the latest google play store after and it let me log in, try that

Hey can you help with pc usb controllers not being picked up by the KIII? i bought 2 controllers of **** and both dont work on the box at all, they work on both my android phones with otg cable. Im assuming that something is stopping the controllers from being reconised. Any ideas? thanks alot

Please found setting button and open USB debugging.If you couldn't find this option,you can selected setting - about device ,then keep clicking kernal version can open developer option and turn on USB debugging.

To this step you can try to connect the controller again.

Thanks for your reply but usb debugging was already on. I disabled, restarted then enabled and tried. still no success. I have an old -NES- controller (USB) that works fine. Any other ideas. I am just a little sad as it works on the other box i have (M8) but i love this box the best and want to be able to use the controllers on it. Anymore help would be appreciated.
