H96 MAX H2 COLORFUL EDITION 4GB/32GB ANDROID 7.1 RK3328 TV BOX FIRMWARE UPDATE 20180314
As somebody who has bought this box from your web site, I have posted this review but did not see it get published. I think only the good ones will be, while the other ones will be filtered out.

4GB RAM, 32 GB Storage, 3 USB-2, 1 USB-3. Sounds very promising but big deception even with the firmware UPDATE 20180314.
Very bad firmware. No split screen even if it's Android Nougat 7.1. The box does not seem to be fully rooted. Some popular apk can not be installed.
I wish I was aware of all the possible issues this box might have before jumping on the wagon. I don't know how many boxes I have bought but I think this is the first one giving me so much headache. If I have bought it from Amazon, I didn't have to waste my time trying all versions of firmware and just return it. Unfortunately seeing the price not too bad here for a 4/32GB Android box, I have decided to give it a try. The shipping was quite fast but when I receive it and try to install my favorite Nova Launcher, it keeps on failing. Android 7.1.2 is supposed to have split screen capability and this box does not have that. When I check with Root Checker, it says the box is rooted but when I tried to install different apk requiring root, those were saying it's not ( Adaway, File Manager HD etc...). Doing some research on Google, I was able to see that those problems are known but still no solutions. I saw and tried different versions of firmware but no luck. I even tried with firmware coming from other RK3328 boxes (MXQ, A9s) and they does not have those issues. Unfortunately, they probably use a different network chipset so that the box works with those but without network connectivity. I saw that a lot of effort has been made to resolve all of those issues (december, end of february, beginning of march, mid march) but the latest one 20180314 still have them. Just hope that eventually they will be resolved soon. May be in the future we have to avoid Rockchip in favor to Amlogic. This is my second Rockchip box comparing to dozens of Amlogic I have bought ranging from S805, S812, S905, S905W, S905X, S912 etc... The first Rockchip box I got on overheat and got replaced by Amazon. This one does not fail yet but I feel the heat under it anyway. Just hope it will stand strong otherwise I will just consider having a bad experience as returning the box to China might cost me some money anyway.

This fw update is a joke how this fix problem check by cpu-z and u found 2 cpu work in 408 mhz only other mode sleeping if you try kodi only startup take 5 min to open we need fw fix this big issue
