R-TV BOX PRO AMLOGIC S912 4K TV BOX FIRMWARE UPDATE 20171222
This firmware update bricked my R-TV Box Pro device. Dear Geekbuying support this update is not compatible with the R-TV Box Pro 3GB 16GB device. It is bricked and I only see a b lack screen now.
I dont know what is the correct factory firmware to flash it back. Please advise where I can download the previous factory firmware so I can recover it. I have used the usb burning tool and the programming is sucessful but box has no screen anymore.
Can someone please suggest me a suitable firmware to recover my box. I tried the H96Pro + and it works but it crashes alot. Please help find the correct frimware for R-TV Box Pro.

I have the same problem. It is interesting that the motherboard has such markings: S912-k-s10 DDR4. In that case, it should fit the software from the R-tv box s10. I use USB burning tool for flashing 2.1.6. Each time at 4% I get an error. One time I managed to go through the flashing process to the end but after connecting to the tv nothing happened. The box kept shining with the blue light on the casing and nothing was showing on the screen. There was no signal. I do not know what to do anymore. Maybe the short pin method would somehow help here. But I do not know which pins to close
