But impossible to enable/use wifi

I think its a firmware for kiii without dvbs , only tnt

the wifi can't be enabled on my MECOOL KIII PRO.
I used different roms with same problem:

KIII_PRO_AVL6862-NHG47L-20181221.165922.V0213

KIII_PRO_AVL6862-NHG47L-20170905.174619.V0619



How can I do? It seems the wifi device is locked...

Could you tell me if this new firmware updated works with all KIII Pro? or only is for this device with the MAC sent.

It means if with this updated firmware the wifi continue working normally.
