**SOLVED** I have a KIII Pro with dual (DVB-C/S/S2/T.T2) tuner. I faced this “No LICENSE” problem when i flashed the latest firmware i.e. KIII_PRO_AVL6862-NHG47L-20181221.165922.V0213.img. As a result, when I scanned channels using the DTV app, I would get ” NO LICENSE” on all channels. I was able to locate an older DTV app + recoverycan (dtv_20180820_twrp.rar) from some forum. I flashed recovery & then flashed the dtv app using the TWRP recovery and the “NO LICENSE” problem was solved. Also, I have now all the 3 options: DVB-C , DVB-S/S2, DVB-T/T2 in the scanning options.

It means if with this updated firmware the wifi continue working normally.
