I am planning on buying an Android Gaming tablet in the near future.
The Ipega GP9700 and the JXD S7800 seem to have similar specs:
Same RockChip Processor, 2G RAM, and 1280x800 screens.
Does anybody have both?
Opinions?
Since the specs are similar, the next most important thing would be the feel/quality of the game pads/buttons - Comments?
Note that I may wait to see what the rumored NVidia Shield Tablet is like, or I may find a good deal on an Archos Game Pad (Which looks the same as the iPega to me).
I have the s7800, had it 2 weeks now with custom firmware, if you love emulators its awesome. I hear the build quality isnt so good but what do you expect for £100 delivered ;-)
i had jxd, peace of shit... i speak about plastic and buttons...
That is your opinion. I have many JXD devices and only one ever had a problem, which was quickly and cheerfully replaced by JXD. Early JXD devices had a bit of a cheap feel to them, but have since improved greatly and all of mine still work. One of them needs a new battery, but it's 4 years old and still runs on AC.
