Ipega pg9701 Help

Hi i have just recently purchased a new Ipega PG9701 game tablet from ****
And i would like to either have a custom firmware or at least
a flashablezip of the stock android 4.2.2 that came pre-installed on the android game tablet
Please can anyone help as this is for my autistic son.

Please also bear in mind that i only have a limited knowledge of android

You'll need to contact the manufacturer to get a stock firmware, or just dump your ROM using AndroidTool and customize it at your own taste. I wouldn't mind making a ROM for this device as I have done with other gaming tablets from GPD or JXD, but I don't have one.

Am I right that the GametabOne and the Ipega PG9701 are the same device?

I read in an other forum (spanish speaking one) that the source code would be needed and that it isn't there? Is this correct?

If so how can I get the developper to publish the source code?

Would you develop a custom ROM if you would get a provided device?
