      Thanks.

I like the maintenance tool with it's automatic clean on startup.

I'm a bit confused by the force close one though.

The only reason that I can think of needing to force close Kodi would be if it wasn't responding but in that case I would not be able to access the program addon to force the close.

Somepeople use an older wizard for for closing there builds. or some people link an exit here onto there build to make closing kodi a breeze.

kodis normal close function seems to hang kodi. Now in FTMC this seems to work a bit differently.

Yes i did add some quick kill function to it, so i hope is doing is job... but as you know these wiz builds sometimes are a mess!

But my Point was that Some people may need to link a close function to there skins main home screen or something to that extent and the one that kodi has by default kind of hangs on units so its just a lot cleaner.

There is Also where Force close wouldn't work at some point on android and code that was slightly similar to this was found in another build or something. but i cant recall who it was. but the code was originally obfuscated.
            Code:
elif myplatform == 'android': # Android
print "############ try android force close #################"
                    try: os.system('kill $(ps | busybox grep org.xbmc.kodi | busybox awk "{ print $2 }")')
                    except: pass
                    try: os.system('kill $(ps | busybox grep com.sempermax.spmc16 | busybox awk "{ print $2 }")')
                    except: pass
                    try: os.system('kill $(ps | busybox grep com.sempermax.spmc | busybox awk "{ print $2 }")')
                    except: pass
                    try: os.system('kill $(ps | busybox grep org.xbmc.kodi | busybox awk "{ print $2 }")')
                    except: pass
This code is the Old method thats in my force close addon. I had been using the code for quite some time. But i dont know who here originally wrote it. and it works on most droid devices. But there may be a case where it would work and where the os_.exit(1) wouldnt who knows. but i wouldnt advise using the old method, i just included it there for various reasons

                Hello Based_Skid,

I am sorry, I have a question. I cannot find repository on how to connect using Addsource and install this Skid Maintenance into my Apple TV4K. Apple TV4K does not have USB so I don't have any choice but to install it from File manager and Add Source. Apple TV4K is not jailbroken so its impossible for me to connect using MacBook Terminal using SSH connection like old days. I love this Skid Maintenance in my Android box Kodi. Please advise and I really appreciate for your help.

English is not my first language so please forgive me if I am not clear.

                Kind regards,
                John
