    got sick of the RkAndroid Tool being terrible so I fixed some of the "annoyances"

    *change Log
    Fixed Button Size being to small
    Fixed the Engrish in the dialog and messages
    Added some suggestions when it runs into a error
    re:added rkusbComm.dll (device switching should work now)
    included example config for the MK908 (right click and load)

    updated loader to 1.24
    current devices(rockchip sucks)
