Can 1.6GHz play games that need 1.8GHz?

I have a JXD s7800b and its speed is 1.6GHz, but i want to run a game that needs 1.8GHz, can this device work?

If JXD release source code, we can compile kernel with 1.8 support, though if it's a RK3188T model probably won't be stable.

Games depend more on GPU (Mali) than on CPU, and the mali400 used in RK3188T is quite old, so probably no much diference running it at 1.8 GHZ.
