Android TV Box Job Offer

Hello, can anyone help me please,

i am looking for someone that can modify the android tv box ? I am seeking the following
firmware and the boot.img and the bootloader.img,and logo.img to be change along with the following
splash screens etc .

I would like the unit to be preloaded with with the normal XBMC or SPMC. along with the normal preloaded installs for the unit and then when a user has a problem they can do a restore or a full factory reset with a button.

I am very happy to pay regarding this ...
