Want a good cheap tablet for Kids

Hi All

I want to buy my kids a Tablet each for Christmas and have about $100 to spend for each of them.
If anyone could give me some advise on the best tablet to buy in this price range that would be awesome Thanks.

Cheap Child Tablet

Hello,

I can say you bay the Arnova Childpad Capacitive.
My son (3) can work with them without Problems.
A Custom Jelly Bean Rom is avabile, look here under NEOCM10 v1.25.

Yup I brought 2
The battery is crap, Lasts about a hour tops, apart from that one of them is running really nicely but the other one died after a week of use, Just refused to turn on ( Would flash the start up screen for a few seconds then die then flash the start up screen again, over and over) and I could not get it to hook up to my pc. I sent it back but still no word on it.

This is a good Tablet with Dual Core CPU and Display with 1024x600 with 7".
I use it for a feew Days now and Love it.

I just bought 2 of them a couple days ago... tracking shows them in Cincinati. Hope to have them by Sat. Have you had the chance to put a custom ROM on yet? 4.2 based? CM? Also ive been following a little on the Ubuntu touch that was recently released..
Now geekbuying is promoting QUAD Core RK3188 for $270.00 USD.
we will keep our eyes on that one... Gotta love a Rockchip device.

But let me say the Firmware on it runs good with Antutu Score of 13400!

I am currently using Lenovo M10 Tablet. I bought it recently in these lockdown period for my kid to teach him different things in this lockdown time for the sake of learning. It is one of the best windows tablet in terms of affordability and usage.
