Help wanted with dumping Arnova Gbook

I am trying to root my Gbook. I have managed to install ADB and can talk to my tablet.
I thought it was a Rockchip type but the info below suggests otherwise can anyone help me?

Based on looking at the partitions I do not believe this is a rockchip CPU. Rockchip does not have uboot, etc.

Thanks Bob Its an IM74LK or Vimicro board, so am now trawling Google for any info I can find.
