screen problems arnova 9.2G

Hello I have an arnova 9G2 flased with finless bob’s root 1.5
All has been working great for some time now, yesterday when the battery was getting low I plugged in the mains charger but after a short wile then I needed the socket so unplugged it, when I went to use it later in the day I had no tap control on the screen, I can slide from screen to screen but no tap.


I reflased the rom and that went fine but still I have the problem of no tap only slide ?


Anyone got any ideas on how to sort this problem ?

edit I can now navigate via a usb keyboard, I'm trying to run down the battery to see if that will help

Ran the battery down until it wouldn't boot up, left it a while the connected the power, still not working.

Has anyone come across this problem before ?

reflash the stock rom and see if its solve the problem

still no good, I'll try to return it under warranty with the stock rom reinstalled fingers crossed

if its a 9 g2

or with the stockrom and a usb mouse go to settings and look if there is a option for recalibrate the screen.
for somebody else with a other tablet was that the solution .
this guy had no touch anymare with all the roms he tried .
even with the stockrom.

Thank you for your advice but nothing worked, the touchscreen only seems to work in the centre of the screen I just can't understand how it happened it was working great until I put it on charge
