MXQ PRO 4K S905 PROBLEMS WITH WIFI AFTER FLASHING ROM IMAGE !!!
MXQ PRO 4K S905 PROBLEMS WITH WIFI AFTER FLASHING ROM IMAGE !!!
Hello, I'm having a issue with the WiFi staying turned on after I flash a ROM image to my MXQ PRO 4k TV box. After I flash the ROM image, and boot up everything seems OK, i go into the setting and turn on the WiFi option, it turns on and connects OK, but once i reboot the TV box the WiFi is disconnected and won't let you turn it back on!! Can some please help me, been searching the internet for weeks and can't get any HELP!!!
I used firmware: MXQpro_905_20161221-rc1
I loaded it with the USB BURNING TOOL v2.0.7.2
it loaded OK, no problems, WiFi turns on OK, but when I reboot WiFi won't stay connected or turn back on..
You likely have 1 of 4 issues - mismatched firmware (wrong wifi chip), a firmware bug (see forums on the firmware to see if others report same issue), a bad write, or a failed wifi chip. Start by rewriting factory firmware and see if the problem still exists or not. This may not solve it for you but may lead you in the right direction.
