Another M8S TV Box issue

HI Guys, could you please help with another TV box issue, I've managed to muck up upgrading Android to the stage where I only get the LED light up RED then change to BLUE with a black screen, Could someone please start me at the beginning with identifying the M8S box I have and the image file required etc Thanks in advance...

HI, As above, I just get a black screen, if I,m holding the reset button with a toothpick my screen loops receiving a signal then not receiving a signal, I can connect using the USB Burning Tool but when writing the Image file there is ALWAYS an error. Thats why I need to start at the beginning to ensure have the correct procedure and software.

Hi olley , so it is a S812 Device , is this correct ??? U need USB Burning Tool for AML Devices , Drivers are

coming with the Installation .

I tried the image file from Enybox (20150523 EM8S KoDi 14.2) but when I opened the file in USB Burning tool I got an error,

I think that the parse error normally means that the image file is corrupt.

Try downloading it again.

HI bluesmanuk, I have tried a lot of image files, only a couple have loaded without any problem, but they still would not burn to 100%

Try a newer version of the burning tool.

maybe it helps , newer Tool , new Download , otherwise we must search for another Rom / Solution .

Did you try the FW from Post 6 of the Link ???

i have the same problem, android 4,2, couldnt run some apps so i flashed firmware and now can only get right light!!
