The best box for development and root right now

This is my first post here on this great forum

I'm going to buy box but I want to know as the title says which is the best box right now too buy that has great development support on here and lots of custom roms?

My budget is up to 100 and I'm looking for a S912 with high specs...

Any recommendations would be great!

Yes streaming from the internet like Netflix, IPTV player, YouTube, I would like something that has Google play store on it...

most arm development-boards don't have drm1 , aka no Netflix HD support

hmm...
khadas and mecool seem to be well supported these days.. looking at freaktab armbian and cnx
