looking for cheap Android TV-Box/Stick for special use

Hi...
I'm building Text-prompters for singers (hobby, see image)
'till now, for this i use MK808 TV-Sticks with android in Portrait mode. But these sticks ar almost not available any more.
Any idea wich cheap TV-bor sticks i can use for this Purpose ? Main requirement is, that i'm get it in portrait mode..
I tryed some boxes but this functionality is blocked by all of them.
Or is there a way to rotate screen savely with every android device ?

hmm... good question
i remember using command "wm size" inside terminal or adb (Google it)
but even if it works.. no root means reboot.. back to default (most cases 1080p)
So, unit needs root access then create/modify init.d script (at boot set resolution to ... )
