    Help to identify original ROM/Firmware

I have purchased and set up a few MXQ-4K Android Smart TV Box 4K HD Media Players, Model: Cab-MXQ4K-PC. The label on the motherboard contains the following information:
    SWE20181220040
    MXQ-4K
    3229 1 + 8 6011
    DYMT18122001.img

After setting up the first one or two of these boxes I now upgrade the original firmware with the firmware upgrade that is provided in a download link from the seller. This one box I have will not connect to the wifi. It turns on then off without seeing nearby signals. I would like to go back to the original firmware before upgrade to see if the wifi will connect.

How do I get the box back to the original firmware? How do I know what firmware to look for? The MXQ-4k UPDATE.rar contains another .rar file that contains a FactoryTool.exe file. However, it's in Chinese language only.

I would appreciate it if someone could guide me through this.

    Thank you,
