I have a Chinese made box, Phicomm N1 running S905D with 2GB of ram and 8gb of emmc, rooted.
While streaming satellite TV program on andriod system of either H265/H264 format, after a few mins into playing, screen goes black with no sound, still able to control the software via remote so the system is not halted. Fast forward or backward fixes the issue temporarily but then the problem reoccurs.
The same apk runs perfectly fine on my Hisilicon device and on another dirt-cheap andriod box.
