T95Q stuck in booting logo

Hello all..
please i have T95Q 4gb ram..
i install custom rom and it works just fine ( little bit slow)
after few days it stuck on booting logo..
i wanted to re install the original rom but the pc dnst connect to the box..
what can i do?
and if possible which 2 pins in the mother board i need to short in order to force connect..thank a lot
