I'm the owner of a Pipo m6 pro 3g and not 100% satisfied because, there is no ' full' custom rom, only bebloated. Does anyone knows about a Opensource Tablet with a Retina screen, where all the drivers are free?
Android is Open Source. The Drivers you need for the Rockchip Platform are not.
This are the Mali Driver the Ump Driver e.t.c.
Also the Wifi Firmware is closed Source. As far as i know AML CPU most free.
If you want a Open Source Rom you can try CM 10.1.

Thanks for fast answer. I heard about a tablet called root 101,but I don't like the hardware. I would love to install cm10.1 on my tablet, but I think it is not supported (Pipo m6 pro).
Any further ideas?
