Right lets get this started,
The Coowell v4 arrived to me in the uk in 6 days via DHL with £17 having to be paid to customs this time (A lot this time but different every time) So if you're not in a rush for the box & to avoid customs charges your best off going for the free postage option.. Yes sometimes its slow but it does seem to have got better in the past months.
The V4 was very well packed in a strong plain brown box & the V4 was in another box inside that one.Iv doine a basic unboxing video i will add it to the end of the review.
The V4 comes with the rockchip processer RK3368 Octa-core & is a smart looking device & not too big, It Comes with a sneaky pop up camera (Like it).The box has 4 rubber feet to stop it sliding around the desk,Vents on the button to help draw in the cool air & a A recovery button you can easy get at,Power button on the top ,IR receiver & microphone on the front,On the left hand side we have the Sd card slot & one usb port,On the rear we have the wifi anteena,RJ45 port,usb port,SPDIF,Mini HDMI,otg,AV out & the power port.
The Coowell also comes with an IR remote :-( I so hate using an IR remote on a TV Box So throughout this review iv bee testing out the IpazzPort 2.4GHz Wireless hand-held touchpad multimedia keyboard

A Great alternative to the stock remote but does NOT Come With the V4
Once connected up to the TV press the power button & enjoy as everything seems to work very well the V4 boots up in less than 30 seconds,
Both top and bottom status bars are there and the box is rooted :-)
The UI is very smooth and responsive going back and forth through apps, im loving this box so far
It comes with 3 launchers pre-installed So we have a good starting point
The V4 does get warm but no where near hot

Iv tested both beach buggy blitz & Asphalt 8, Both played perfect with no crashes or lag,The game loading time is also very fast Iv tested both the Tronsmart Mars G01 gamepad & my ps3 sixaxis controller Both worked fine & no bugs with the sixaxis gamepad either.
Kodi
Iv been using the V4 for a week now as my main kodi tv box & i have to say im very impressed streaming 1080p no problem at all,But kodi does take a while to shut down about 10 seconds i would say
