First of all i don't want to be rude but i have a complaint about winning procedure....
Ok , i was out for some days and when i discovered my winning i contact with neomode twice (on 05-21-2017 & 05-22-2017) but never get an answer..... !
That's a VERY VERY BAD LUCK for me !!!
I won the 1st prize and i lost it ! LOL !
But i think at least , i should have an answer..... !
Anyway ... sorry for all these....!

My complaint was that i didn't get any answer and i didn't know why......!!
