Laptop can't recognize box

I have a Amlogic chip Android TV box.
I want to flash it for repairing virus. And I have gotten firmware and tool name USB burning tool from manufacturer.
But the problem is although I have installed driver for Amlogic chip, my laptop can't recognize the box.
Please help me solve this

looks like all is good , please use only direct USB Port , no Hub or similar , did you plugged the Power of Box too ??? ,
