Sorry but the original image wasn't HD, I'll upload it and the modified version I made from it.

robco terminal boot 1280x720, if you have a different resolution open the zip file and extract the desc.txt file change the resolution from 1280 720 to yours. replace the txt file in the zip with the one you modified and it should fit your screen.

I'm curious to know what programs you guys use to create your animations?

I use boot animation factory from xda, I tried to make one from scratch but I couldn't make them work.

It let's you preview and save them as zip files and gifs.

Also photo shop for image editing, a good alternative is gimp. Gimp is freeware and works just as well.
