On the topic of FreakTab Headers I can't see the FreakTab header with Adblock Plus enabled. I know I can disable it for the site but since it's just a banner header I don't believe it should be blocked unless there's something peculiar happening in the way it is being called.
You may want to find out if this is a known problem with the forum script you are using and see if there is a workaround or maybe an update to the BB code.Comment

We are using the Ad banner software to display the top header. This is the only way to allow it to rotate different header images.

That'd do it. Is it not making a server side call for the image? I'm not sure what the features are on Vbulletin, are you using a built in Vbulletin feature or is this a third party add-on.Originally posted by Finless View Post
I know that a lot of sites I go to have a rotating header image that display's the image properly with Adblock Plus. It's usually all about how the image call is made. If you are hosting the images on a site other than on the server , that would be a big reason. I would recommend hosting your header on the server box and make sure the image call is made to a local address rather than making an external link type that is actually grabbing the file locally.
Basically it should look more like:
<img src="sunset.gif" />
vs
<img src="http://example.com/sunset.gif" />

Realistically it should be a rather quick simple fix. It could also always be because it sees Java making a call for an external file. I'm assuming it's a Java call, because when doing fun stuff like rotating images, it usually is.Comment

Yes we are using a third party add on that we call to display the image. I put a iframe tag in the vbulletin code which uses this ad program.
