THL 5000 Updating to 1.09

Hi all I rely hope someone can help me update my THL5000.Im on the 1.07 rom, I notice there is a new update 1.09 my phone detects the update downloads it fine but wont install it I get ("installation failed"package error please check update & download again) im on stock rom & its rooted iv even tried installing it using the phones recovery but I get an error there too.Anyone no what im doing wrong do I need to unroot it first or do I need to restore factory settings be4 updating..


Edit tried unrooting still no joy, so I restored factory settings worked a treat now im all up to date :-)

i think for the price its the best phone out there,performance wise its very fast & smooth no shut downs or nothing strange,buid quality pretty good too 8 out of 10 & battery life is amazing best phone iv every had for battery life I would recommend it to anyone.

i forgot to ask you about the camera, does it take good quality pictures?

The camera is very good indeed but the inbuilt camera app is not so good though at night so I downloaded a new camera app(ProCapture 2 camera app) & now it works perfect night & day in my review hear http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...HL-5000-Review there are a few photos I have taken
