I have just recently bought a UMI MAX smartphone from geekbuying.
In my eagerness to obtain root on the device i flashed the TWRP image from another helio p10 device, thinking that the worst that could happen is for it to not boot.
however upon flashing the recovery and booting into recovery my touch screen no longer works correctly.
looking for some guidance on fixing this problem as i am unfamiliar with mediatek devices as well as touchscreen firmware / calibration.
any help is much appreciated, thanks
