Removing screen lock

Dear developers

I have installed the 2.1 rom, and by default the screen lock "put the lock into the circle" is active.
However, the "settings" of the tablet are still the 2.3.1 version, so I can not remove the lock from the settings.
Can you help me?
Other question: to update to 2.1a, should I "zap" the whole content of my tablet?

Pity. Great job though, my problem is that due to some sensitivity of the screen, sometimes it takes ages before the lock gets exactly into the circle and the screen is unlocked...
Is the point that the "settings" can not access this lock screen?

I had this at one point and it was due to programs starting up on boot and the sync via. I had running on all sorts of stuff.

Or maybe there is some problem ?

This is not ICS.

However go get a APP called Anycut from the market. It can gice you access to things that are not in the settings menu.

Thanks... I was totally lost when I have seen this kind of "circle lock screen", and since the android
devices around with this kind of lock screen are ics, I was thinking it could be ics-related.

some days I have this message: System UiDs inconsistent UIDs on the system are inconsistent, you need to wipe your data partition or your device will be unstable.
